Who handles your data

Voizum, a service operated from the United States. For anything about your data, write to us at support@voizum.com.

What we keep and why

• Your account: your email and name (and, if you sign in with Google, your profile name and photo), to give you access and write to you about your account.
• What you create: the recordings you upload to clone a voice, your texts and your audio. They are only used to provide the service in your account. Texts are deleted after 30 days and audio after 4 days.
• Payments: handled by Stripe; we don't see your card details. If you request an invoice, we keep the details you enter to issue it.
• Support: the messages you send us and what you attach.
• Technical data: what's needed for the site to work and to protect it from abuse and fraud.
• Usage statistics: anonymous and cookie-free.
• Connected apps: if you connect Voizum to an assistant like Claude or ChatGPT, which assistant it is. Whatever you tell that assistant is handled by it, under its own policy.

What we DON'T use them for

Your data is only used to provide the service. We don't sell it or share it with anyone for advertising.

Who we share them with

Only with the providers we need to provide the service, and only for that.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account with everything in it. Write to support@voizum.com from your account's email and we'll do it.

Changes

If we change anything important in this policy, we'll announce it on the site before it takes effect.
